Chris Munro : A professional plasterer, covering all aspects of interior plastering from small repair jobs, to complete rooms. All work is given a full no obligation quotation and fixed price. If any additional work required/requested is also confirmed and agreed ahead of the work being carried out.
When preparing any room all areas are protected. This way at the end of the job the room is left immaculate. You will see in many pictures on this site the level of protection in place. Covering and sealing all parts of the room not being plastered ensures no mess or damage.
From old walls which need repair, prior to plastering to covering artex walls and ceilings with a smooth finish. Window surrounds which are cracked and crumbling are sorted back to solid, sharp edged window surrounds and look like new again.
For every quote Chris will always visit the home which needs the work done so that he can see the surface/area needing to be sorted. This allows an accurate quote to be given along with a timescale for the work to be completed. Work will be planned around your diary to ensure the work is done as soon as possible or on specific dates that suit.
Many customers have one or more walls needing to be plastered. It could be a freshen up of rough walls or filling wall chases from a rewire. Stairs, landings and halls may need the ceilings plastered as well the walls. There are times reboarding of ceilings due to the existing ones being in poor condition or water damaged. No matter what is needed Hawk Plastering has the experience needed to deal with the situation you have.

Every job has to be prepared correctly otherwise you can't protect all the areas you are not plastering. From flooring to doors and windows I always protect these areas thoroughly prior to plastering. This allows me to leave every job spotless when I am finished.

I always ask to visit the home to see the work required. This way you get to meet me (Chris) and I get to understand the work needed and what is entailed to do the job properly. The quotation visit doesn't take long but it gives time to chat through the work, what is expected, what the timescale would be and the cost.
